When placing an order, the customer accepts the offer and agrees with the terms and conditions of the online store www.nataliaperrote.com. The e-shop will immediately confirm to the customer the receipt of the order for fulfillment.

Prices are in Euros and include VAT. The customer has the following options to pay the price listed on the website: by payment online or cash on delivery.

To the paid price of the goods must be added the postage due to the chosen method of payment and delivery.

If you choose to pay online or by card, the order will be accepted for processing at the time of confirmation of the reservation of sufficient funds in the customer’s bank account.

Delivery of the goods follows within 7 working days from the moment of receipt of the order, unless another deadline was specified when placing the order.

The shipment of goods is realized in the order according to incoming orders, until stocks are exhausted. With a large number of incoming orders, some products may be delivered by another shipment at a later date within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 

The price of postage is included only when the main shipment is delivered, even if the order will be realized in the form of partial deliveries. The deadline for the execution of the order may be extended for reasons independent of the company. We reserve the right to make changes on an ongoing basis, both the prices of goods from our offer and the price of postage, while these changes do not affect the rights of persons who placed the order before making these changes.

Right to return goods (right to withdraw from the contract)

We guarantee the right to withdraw from the contract and thus return the ordered goods without giving a reason. You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To comply with the 30-day deadline for submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration to the address of the e-shop, Svornosti 915/27 150 00 Prague 5-Smíchov.

You can use the withdrawal form, which can be downloaded here, but it is not your responsibility to withdraw. The return of mutual performance of the parties should be made without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the date on which the e-shop received the Buyer’s declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

The e-shop may delay the return of payment received from the buyer until the buyer hands over the returned goods to him or proves that the goods have been sent to the e-shop, whichever occurs first.

The goods must be sent at your own expense to the address for returning goods in the Czech Republic: Svornosti 915/27 150 00 Prague 5-Smíchov (not cash on delivery). Goods cannot be returned here in person. Goods offered as a set (kit) must be returned in full. The customer can use the finished return document attached to the invoice or fill out a replacement document, which can be downloaded from the website www.nataliaperrote.com.

Sending the returned goods in the original packaging together with the return document that the customer received with the shipment may speed up the processing of the item, but it is not his duty. The returned goods must not be damaged and must not show any signs of wear beyond wear and tear as part of the normal handling of the purchased goods (eg resulting from the need to test or otherwise inspect the goods). In the case of returning damaged goods or goods with signs of wear beyond normal handling, the e-shop may claim compensation from the buyer in the amount of the value of damage or wear, and the amount of such compensation may be deducted from the sale price to be returned to the buyer. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded. We ask for compliance with the deadline for return of goods.

The receivable for the returned goods will be paid by bank transfer to the designated bank account or to the account from which the payment was made. There is no possibility of exchanging returned goods for others. In the event that the e-shop does not deliver all the ordered goods within 30 days, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect. 

Warranty (complaint) 

The e-shop makes every effort to ensure that the goods delivered to consumers are free order. In relation to the customer, the e-shop is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods with the contract. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the customer has the following rights:

a) the right to rectify the defect by repairing the item, 

b) the right to a reasonable discount to the purchase price; or d) the right to withdraw from the contract. of the Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), and in the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.)

The consumer has the right to assert the right of defective performance with the seller within 24 months of receipt of the goods.
